“i AM” WHAT I EAT

Observable objective REALiTY indicates that I am primarily constructed by what I consume.

Physical and mental wellbeing is a priority for maintaining conscious awareness. Therefore, regarding food:

  • I avoid inflammatory food
    • I avoid processed food
    • I avoid refined food
  • I avoid artificial chemicals
    • I avoid pesticides
    • I avoid preservatives
  • I prioritise organic whole foods
  • I maintain a balanced macro diet with a priority on fat, then protein, then naturally occurring carbohydrates
  • I prioritise fresh, living food with an emphasis on a variety and variation of vegetables
  • I drink filtered water
  • I fast intermittently to allow the body to naturally repair and rebalance itself
